I was there. In Bakersfield that day to counter protest the pro illegals.
40-50 Americans verses 800 or so pro illegals and SEIU Union members. Two days after that counter rally McCarthy issued a statement that he wouldn’t support CIR until the borders were secured. Perhaps we the anti amnesty activists did some good that day.
