We’ve been sold ‘free trade’ deals for decades, and TPP is the greatest globalist power grab yet. The Davos crowd, funded by ever wealthier global corporations and their owners, have successfully pushed their agenda, which includes increased immigration and legalization – the Western political class has signed up with enthusiasm, and politicians, journalists, even egghead economists, now find lucrative arrangements with corporations.
But aside from these people, it’s clear that low wage countries, e.g. in Asia have profited while American workers have lost out, and China still sees us as an enemy, requiring a costly military pivot.
Globalists promised a democratic China, economic safety (before 2008) and prosperity for all, but Americans struggle to get by, even with the economic stimulation that has left the American people with $18 trillion in debt. Oh wait, maybe that’s the way profitable ‘deals’ are supposed to work out – the sucker’s left holding the bag.
