Problem 2: Caucus not told about early voters. Maybe there weren't any (???). But those who did vote early couldn't know which others were viable. They might've voted for other non-viable candidates as choices 2 and 3 (eg Amy/Pete/Warren) and wasted those 2d and 3d choice votes.

Problem 1: Buttigieg & Kobuchar both got 0 on first vote. That's deceptive. Clumps of voters gathered under signs.
