I'll believe (a) if it happens-but so far it's mainly press (eg @ThePlumLineGS) hype. (b) seems plausible, but @AdamSerwer doesn't deliver data to support it. Even in CA, where the disparate class/race Covid impact seems clear, more than twice as man whites as blacks have died.
